I see Anua everywhere. So of course I needed to check this brand. An opportunity came, when my friend just gave this foam to me. I happily tried it and well it's not bad!
It is advertised as delicate foam, infused with Heartleaf extract. Suitable for all skin types, especially oily and combitnation skin. The name is very confusing, but Quercetinol is Anua compund that is extracted from Heartleaf to cure inflammation and calming the skin.
Let's take a look at ingredients. The key ingredients are: Heartleaf Extract, Quercetin and Heartleaf Powder. The first two are for soothing and calming while Heartleaf Powder is here for gentle exfoliation. But that's not only exfoliant, we have Salicylic Acid here too. There are no Alcohol nor Essential Oils. But this foam contains Fragrance as one of the last ingredients. The texture is light, contains little beads of plants, It has brownish color and very present scent. It reminds me of brown sugar or caramel but it's more complex than just that. It doesn't bother me. It doesn't linger. This foam lathers easily and comes in 150ml plastic tube.
My experiance
I like this foam. It lathers easily, it's easy to wash off. It leaves my skin clean nad soft. It does have a scent, but it's not bothering me much in this case. Of course I would prefer scentless version but that's just my preference. I used it everyday and it didn't dry or irritate my skin. But I think it won't be suitable for all skin types. It's rather for oily and combination skin as it contains exfoliants and can be too much for some skin types.
Overall it's good, nothing game-changing but solid foam.
