MARY & MAY - Cica Soothing Sun Cream SPF50+ PA++++

 Bought with my own money

Mary & May is the brand I want to explore more. I fell in love with their masks and at some point I wanted to try everything. This suncreen was tempting me for so long, I finally get it. It has mixed reviews but it turned out pretty good.

First let's talk ingredients. This is chemical sunscreen, containing 4 chemical sunscreen agents (Diethylamino Hydroxybenzoyl Hexyl Benzoate, Ethylhexyl Triazone, Methylene Bis-Benzotriazolyl Tetramethylbuthylphenol, Diethylhexyl Butamido Triazone). Key ingredients are Inositol, Centella Asiatica Extract, Centella Asiatica Root Extract, Centella Asiatica Leaf Extract and its components (Asiaticoside, Madecassoside, Madecassic Acid, Asiatic Acid), Saccharomyces Ferment, Hyaluronic Acid, Betaine and Niacinamide. It doesn't contain Alcohol or Essential Oils but it does contain Fragrance and it's somewhere in the middle of ingredients list. It has light, creamy texture and floral scent, but I find it more natural than sweet perfume. It comes in 50ml platic tube.

My experiance

I really like this one! Mainly because of its light texture. It absorbs fast, it's very light and leaves first a bit dewy than more natural finish. It didn't irritate my eyes, it didn't peel. It's great under make up. I feel like everything is fine with this one except for the fragrance. It's not like it's super strong but quite present. You can smell it when applied but also a bit after. The scent doesn't feel like artificial, perfume one but rather natural but still pretty strong. It's also advertised as sensitive skin safe but I would check INCI first if you have sensitive skin.

Overall I like it. It's solid option and even better for those of you who like (or tolerate) fragrance in skincare.
