LOGICALLY, SKIN - Calamine Puryfing Ampoule

 Bought with my own money

Calamine is an ingredient I wanted to try for quiet a long time. It has soothing, sebum-regulating, anti-inflammatory and regenerating properties. So when I saw this Logically, Skin serum I knew I needed to get it.

This serum is advertised as sensitive skin-friendly ampoule, that removes blackheads and whiteheads while maintaing balace to protect and soothe skin.

I love how this ampoule has only 19 ingredients. Key one of course being Calamine. Other worth mentioning are Tea Tree Leaf Water, Niacinamide, Adenosine and Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate. It's free of Alcohol, Essential Oils and Fragrance. It has viscous texture with beautiful pink color and kind of acidic scent. It comes in 30ml glass bottle with dropper.

My experience

I was so curious about this one because of Calamine properties and this short INCI. What I like about it, is that it's really working. Since trying this one I think my skin condition improved visibly. But the usage was a bit troublesome. First the texure is rather thick and viscous, it seems light when applied on the skin but has a bit of tacky finish and need a little more time to fully absorb. Since I was using it in my evening routine it wasn't big deal but as always I prefer fast-absorbing products. Second, it was hard to match with other products in my routine, because it made them peel. I was putting different moisturizers on top of this ampoule and they peeled. At first I blamed them but it was this ampoule I was using with every single one of them. Without it they worked fine. Ultimately I found one that was working great but the whole process of trying different products to match with this one made me like it less.

Overall I think this is very good option for every skin type. It helped my skin get better visibly. But I had some troubles with fitting it in my routine so I hope it was just me and if you decide to get it it'll work for you without issues.
